Israeli Drone Manufacturer Signs New Contract with Azerbaijan

The Israeli company Aeronautics has signed a new contract with Azerbaijan, under which it will provide drone repair and maintenance services to the Azerbaijani military for a sum of 13 million dollars.

According to Israeli media reports, it is possible that this deal does not reflect the entirety of the collaboration and that there are secretive supply transactions occurring.

This is the first known contract following the lifting of restrictions imposed on the company by the Israeli Ministry of Defense at the beginning of February. Nevertheless, sanctions remain in effect against three specific employees of the company, including CEO Amos Mathani, Deputy Director Meir Rizmovich, and another undisclosed employee.
