Gemafin Gasparyan Appointed as Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs

By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Gemafin Gasparyan has been appointed as the first deputy minister of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia. This was announced by Labor and Social Affairs Minister Zarouhi Babayan on her Facebook page.

Gemafin Gasparyan studied at the State Engineering University of Armenia from 2001 to 2005 (Computer Systems and Networks). He graduated with honors from the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia's Educational International Center in 2007-2009 (Master's in Management).

From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a management expert at the Ministry of Economy of Armenia, later serving as the head of the training and development team until 2013.

From 2013 to 2019, he founded and led the “Boun” Scientific and Cultural Foundation, under which the “Boun TV” scientific online channel, the “Bounus” virtual educational platform, and the “Detector” analytical site are still operational. He is an expert in strategic planning, financial flow management, and commercial operations. He is non-partisan.
