Could the ECHR Rule in Favor of Kocharian? Law Enforcement Authorities Are Searching for Guilty Parties

The newspaper 'Joghovourd' has received information indicating that there are already concerns within the domestic law enforcement system that the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) may issue a ruling against Armenia regarding the case of Robert Kocharian.

Currently, discussions are underway about holding accountable those who have made unlawful decisions. In light of this situation, law enforcement agencies are considering who, if anyone, has committed violations for which they could be held responsible.

The matter is that prosecutors and investigators will now face accountability if it is established that they are also culpable for the decisions made by the European Court of Human Rights against Armenia.
