Sales of 'Raffaello' and Lavash Halted
Based on reports from citizens, officials from the Food Safety Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia conducted oversight measures and discovered 'Raffaello' and 'Kinder Surprise' chocolate products lacking Armenian labeling in the sales market.
Additionally, packaged lavash was found without any labeling (manufacturer, composition, baking date, shelf life, etc.). This was reported by the Food Safety State Service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
Both the sales of chocolates and lavash have been halted.
Food Safety Inspection specialists are continuing their work to identify the importer of the mentioned chocolates and the producer of the lavash.
