Are 'Juchoks' Now Placed in Napkin Holders on Tables? Publication

The publication reports that the head of the National Security Service, Arthur Vanetsyan, assured our newspaper in an interview that there is no wiretapping of public figures in the new Armenia. He stated that wiretapping is conducted exclusively on individuals suspected of committing or preparing a certain crime, which is also subject to a court decision.

In response to a counter-claim that information has circulated among patrons of certain well-known restaurants about Vanetsyan's 'know-how' suggesting that 'juchoks' are now placed in napkin holders on tables, and that people ask for these holders to be removed before having a private conversation, Vanetsyan responded with uncontrolled laughter: 'There is no such thing.'
