Complaints Filed by Robert Kocharyan's Defenders Registered at ECHR
The complaints submitted to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) by the defenders of Armenia's second president Robert Kocharyan have been registered.
This information has been provided by Kocharyan's defense team.
It is noteworthy that one of the complaints is based on violations of the presumption of innocence and the right to defense under Article 6, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the European Convention, while the other pertains to the decision to choose detention as a preventive measure against Robert Kocharyan.
