Intentional Bodily Harm Inflicted on a Woman

The investigation into a criminal case regarding the intentional infliction of serious bodily harm to another person has been completed at the Armavir regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charges have been brought against a 40-year-old resident of Armavir province.

Based on a comprehensive, complete, and objective investigation, the circumstances and motives of the incident have been clarified.

According to the factual data obtained during the investigation, a man born in 1978 in the city of Ejmiatsin accused the woman of infidelity, argued with her, and caused serious bodily injury by striking her with fists and feet.

Based on the collected evidence, the 40-year-old man has been charged under part 1 of Article 112 of the RA Criminal Code. The measure of restraint previously applied to him has been changed from detention to bail.

The completion of the preliminary investigation has been announced, and the criminal case has been sent to the court with an accusatory conclusion.
