PHOTOS: Impassable Roads and Black Ice
In the Shirak region, heavy snowfall continues. With the drop in temperature, a wind that began in the morning has not subsided, resulting in low visibility on the roads and the presence of black ice. According to the Crisis Management Center of the Shirak Regional Rescue Department, wind speeds in the regions of Amasia and Ashotsk reach 17-22 meters per second, reports SHANTNEWS.am's correspondent.
