VIDEO: Asya Khachatryan's Response to Azerbaijan: Shoes Cleaned with Armenian Flag

The Turkish studies and Kurdish studies expert Karen Hovhannisyan has published a video on his Facebook page showing an Azerbaijani girl cleaning her shoes with the Armenian flag and then burning it.

Hovhannisyan accompanied the video with the following message:

“The response of an Azerbaijani girl to that Armenian girl who was photographed against the backdrop of the Azerbaijani flag and the portraits of Azerbaijani leaders.

An Azerbaijani girl camouflaged with the symbols of the Turkish and Azerbaijani flags cleans her shoes with our Tricolor, then burns the flag, and finally ends her act with the famous Gray Wolves gesture... As if talking about peace...”

It is worth recalling that Asya Khachatryan recently published a photo on Facebook underneath the Azerbaijani flag and wrote the following on her page: “Again and again about political and non-political love, friendship, and companionship. Although I do not particularly care about the flags, I dream that everything is so peaceful that the thought of taking such a photo wouldn’t even cross my mind, let alone talk about peace, that everything is simply peaceful.”
