One Dead in Explosion in Russia, People Trapped in Rubble: Details

A gas explosion in a nine-story building in the Rostov region has resulted in casualties, as previously reported. Russian media outlets indicate that six people, including a two-year-old child, have been rescued. It is believed that seven more individuals might still be trapped in the rubble.

The Emergency Situations Ministry reports that two apartments on the 8th floor and two more on the 9th floor have been damaged. As of now, the evacuation of residents has been completed.

According to NTV, eight people have been injured as a result of the domestic gas explosion, with five of them being hospitalized.
