Argument and Gunshots on Vagharchyan Street

On January 13, at 14:05, a citizen called the operational management center of the Yerevan police to report that there was a dispute in the backyard of building 3 on Vagharchyan Street, and shots were fired from a Mercedes car before leaving the scene.

At 14:40, the Arabkir division of the police received a report from a hospital that a 2000-born Aram S. sought medical assistance with "injuries to the hand and neck," which he sustained near building 1 on Vagharchyan Street.

The dispatched operational group discovered that on the same day, at 13:30, a dispute arose in the yard of the mentioned building over the parking of a vehicle between Tigran Y. (born 1972), Davit B. (born 1966), Arman B. (born 1994) on one side and Spartak S. (born 1945), Arthur S. (born 1971), and Aram S. on the other. During the altercation, they exchanged harsh insults, grossly violating public order and showing open disrespect to the public, resulting in physical injuries as Davit B. attacked with a knife, while Arthur S. fired two shots from a "Walter" type gas pistol.

Two spent cartridges were found at the scene of the incident.

Arthur S. presented the pistol, while Davit B. submitted the knife.

Forensic and judicial examinations have been assigned.

Participants in the dispute were issued appropriate administrative decisions.
