34-Year-Old Woman Released Under Amnesty Injured in Hit-and-Run
On January 7, a hit-and-run incident occurred in the Aragatsotn province. At approximately 11:40 AM, 36-year-old Arman Hazoyan, a resident of the village of Metzavan in the Lori province, hit a pedestrian, 34-year-old Merine Avetisyan from the village of Medovka in Lori province, with his Opel vehicle bearing license plate 35 LQ 713 on a stretch of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, specifically in the administrative area of Ashtarak.

According to the source, the pedestrian had just been released from custody, having been granted amnesty.
