FFA Coaches to Undergo Training at Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid: Melikbekyan

The coaches of the national football teams of Armenia will undergo training in top Spanish clubs, likely at Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid. This was stated by Armen Melikbekyan, the Secretary General of the Football Federation of Armenia, during a conversation with journalists.

He announced that they will most likely travel to Spain in January. He noted that the specialists would receive such an opportunity with the assistance of the newly appointed technical director of the FFA, Spaniard Xines Melendez. Melikbekyan spoke about signing a contract with the renowned Spanish expert and the FFA's upcoming programs.

According to Melikbekyan, their main achievement is the involvement of Spanish specialists - "first and foremost, of course, it is about Xines Melendez. He is set to arrive in Armenia in January and will establish permanent residence with his two coaches, one of whom will be responsible for coaching education courses, while the other will work with youth teams. We have very high hopes associated with Melendez. The program he proposed is quite extensive. It will also require human resources from our side, a significant amount of work," he said.
