7 Billion Drams in Penalties Waived for 14,963 Borrowers – Nikol Pashinyan
In July, as a result of legislative changes implemented, banks in Armenia waived penalties exceeding 7 billion drams for 14,963 borrowers. This was stated by Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Facebook page.
“The credit history of approximately 124,000 customers has been reviewed. This process is ongoing.
Citizens with non-performing loans should visit their lending banks to reach an agreement regarding penalties,” Pashinyan wrote.
