20 Lawsuits Filed Against Minister of Environment Erik Grigoryan

The Armenian Environmental Front has reported on its Facebook page regarding the "Next Lawsuit Concerning Amulsar".

“Twenty residents of the Jermuk community have filed a lawsuit against Environment Minister Erik Grigoryan in the administrative court, demanding that he be obliged to annul the state environmental impact assessment report No. BPH 35 related to the modified project of the Amulsar gold-bearing quartzite mine and the minister’s confirmation dated April 29, 2016.”

The court has accepted the case and has scheduled a preliminary hearing for February 4, 2019, at 12:00 PM, at the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, located at 23 G. Nzhdeh St., 3rd floor, courtroom No. 23 in Yerevan.
