Why Isn’t Our Leadership Speaking? Sharmazanov Urges Strong Response to Cavusoglu
Turkey has no role in the Artsakh process, wrote the spokesperson of the Republican Party of Armenia, Eduard Sharmazanov, on his Facebook page.
“The day before yesterday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu made a dangerous and unacceptable statement, directly linking Armenian-Turkish relations with the Artsakh settlement.
- The Artsakh settlement and the Armenian-Turkish issue are two separate processes, and linking them is unacceptable.
- The new leadership of Armenia is obliged to respond firmly to Cavusoglu's absurdity.
- Turkey has no role in the Artsakh matter; this is for the OSCE co-chairmanship.
- International recognition of Artsakh's independence is merely a matter of time.
- Turkey's policy of dictating preconditions is condemnable.
P.S. Why Aren’t Our Leaders Speaking?” wrote E. Sharmazanov.
