Robert Kocharian's Defense Team Appeals to Supreme Court

The decision of the Court of Appeals regarding the detention measure chosen for the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, has been appealed. The defense team of the former president has approached the Supreme Court. This was reported in an interview with SHANTNEWS.am by the press secretary of the second president's legal team, Ellen Arakelyan.

It is noteworthy that earlier, the Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Rubik Mkhitaryan, rejected the appeals of Robert Kocharian's defense team and upheld the decision of the first instance court from July 27, which had chosen detention as the measure for Robert Kocharian.
