Artsakhtsiner are to determine their destiny: Ararat Mirzoyan to Mamedyarov

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Mamedyarov, stated that Baku is ready to ensure the safety of the Armenian population of Artsakh and grant them a high level of self-governance rights. This was mentioned on the Facebook page of the acting Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan.

“I advise Mr. Mamedyarov to present the proposal to the people of Artsakh as well; after all, it is the Artsakh people who will determine their destiny. This is their natural, inalienable right that cannot be suppressed by any threat or force of arms, and this right must be recognized sooner or later,” he wrote.
