Protest in Ejmiatsin: Citizens Oppose the Decision to Release Manvel Grigoryan

Yesterday, a group of citizens held a protest in the city of Ejmiatsin against the court's decision to release General Manvel Grigoryan. The situation became tense, as citizens asserted that Grigoryan has no right to be free, and they intend to continue these protests until another preventive measure is chosen against him, specifically his re-arrest. They even blocked the Yerevan-Ejmiatsin highway.

It should be noted that yesterday, the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction released Grigoryan on a bail of 25 million drams. The protesters announced that a new wave of protests will resume today at 09:00 from Ejmiatsin Square.
