Emergency Incident in Tavush: Male Body Discovered

An emergency incident occurred in the Tavush region, where an 81-year-old resident of Berd, Nazik Grigoryan, contacted the police on December 20 at around 10:00 AM, reporting that her husband, 80-year-old Suren Papyan, had committed suicide. This was reported by shamshyan.com.

According to preliminary information, it was established that on the same day at approximately 06:00 AM, S. Papyan shot himself in the head with a homemade gun in the first floor of their home, resulting in his death.

The police and investigators also discovered the homemade gun at the crime scene.

By the investigator's decision, several examinations have been ordered, including forensic medical, forensic ballistic, and fingerprint analyses.
