Arsen Torosyan Tests Emergency Medical Helicopter

The acting Minister of Health, Arsen Torosyan, tested an emergency medical helicopter today. He stated on his Facebook page that the view is from the skies above the St. Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center. Comprehensive information on today's testing will be shared in the evening.
